EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Executive Director of the Indochinese Housing Development Corporation, under the guidance of the Board of Directors, oversees the organization's comprehensive operations. This entails fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff, facilitating resident engagement, ensuring prudent fiscal management, maintaining property occupancy, and preserving the cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and grounds. Additionally, the Executive Director is tasked with monitoring and developing resident programs, managing staff, overseeing vendor interactions, and implementing approved policies and procedures. Furthermore, they are responsible for addressing insurance needs and collaborating with the Board of Directors on various initiatives, including building development, grant writing, and fundraising efforts.
