**EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (Full time/Part time)**
The Executive Director of the Indoch Housing Development Corporation, guided by the Board of Directors, manages all operations, ensuring a supportive environment for residents and staff. Responsibilities include resident engagement, fiscal management, property maintenance, program development, staff management, vendor oversight, and policy implementation. The role also involves addressing insurance needs and collaborating with the Board on building development, grants, and fundraising.
